Hello all you lovely veedubbers i am in need of some advise, please bare with the jackanory story but its a bit hard to describe on a forum. When we had the snow afew weeks ago and the real bad cold weather i left the vento sitting unused as i couldnt drive at this point.I went to use my car a couple of days later and headed of to work as normal, I got about 20mins down the road and noticed the oil temp getting really hot (around 130 degrees) so i pulled into a garage to allow her to cool down, whilst doing so just out of interest felt my rad and noticed it was stone cold, so thought bugger

yes it does starts and ticks over fine and drives fairy nice

to be honesty a full engine diagnostic to show any faults iof any etc, colchester is an easy drive mate only takes 40mins,

Hello peeps i think im need of a vagcom session on my vento vr6 is there anyone in essex or surrounding counties that would be willing to plug in to my car and give me a reading. Thanks Rob

right so far i have changed temp sensor new maf meter plugs and leads the car ran fien for about 3 days and now i have a few other issues she is really overfulling and stalls every time i dump the clutch approching a junction etc, any ideas what this could eb. please peeps this is really beggining to do my noodle in. Thanks Rob

pmsl well i have this burning sensation............... sorry wrong forum. the rev counter clocks and multi display all work fine just the temp guage and speedo aint working. Rob

hello all just bought myself a 93 vento vr6 and the old temp guage is not working (dosnt move an inch lol) any ideas what this could be. Ta Rob also it may be connected bu my speedo dose not work either. Any ideas?

Ello folks. I have a few issues with the car which i need some help with as the vr6 engine is fairly new to me. The car coughs and splutters intermittantly, i read that a change of plugs and leads can some time cure this, but not in my case. This morning the car was bad so got to work and changed the plugs and leads. it seems better but the problem is now more intermittant.the only way i can describe it as it like the car is holding back and fighting (not all the time though) then whooooshh of she goes. Any ideas? when i got the car was told it has a faulty maf sensor, could this be the under
