somebody please help i have taken my 2001 vr6 to 4 mechanics now, and know body has a clue what is wrong with her. She is making almost sounds like a lifter tick/knock around 2500-3500 or so rpm when driving. dosnt sound near as bad in neutral sitting and reving. when she gets past the 4000 rpm the motor sounds so clean. at idle it sounds like a typical vw with the little noises and such. i have read 1 forum that a guy replaced his coil pack and plug wires and his same sort of prob went away. hard to tell if is car was making the same noises as mine as i was just reading what he wrote. i just
