thanks mate that was fast cheers do i have to tighten through stages 1 to 4 as i go or is it just one of them stages?

hi there im gonna be putting my head back on this weekend but dont have the torque settings for the head bolts or which order to tighten them also the torque settings for the nuts which hold the cam's would be helpful if anyone can help cheers tony
