whilst driving it judders sometimes and feels like its gonna cut out,it has done a couple of times then takes a while to start back up,any suggestions please

its fine selecting other gears its just 4th

when changing into 4th it is hard to get into gear but once its in it drives fine,any suggestions on what this might be?
