Cheers for the reply xyber,yeah the vw one fitted much beta but i still think its a crap idea..did it up hand tight then nipped up with rachet does'nt seem to be leacking when ran upto temp.Do you think it could blow seal on m'way say if it was'nt tight enough? -
Ok so i came to do an oil an filter change this morn on my 97 vr. Took the oil filter cover off an there was no rubber o-ring, anyway put the new filter in a mann one from gsf an the o-ring supplied seemed to big once one and hey presto!!! it pi**ed oil over my drive...Got new filter an o-ring from the stealers and it seems a tighter fit...Do you just do these hand tight because think if over tighten o-ring pops out the side....Anyone else had this hassle and what was the outcome? Sorry its a tad long Thanks in advance stu...

Hi i did a coolant change yesterday on my 97 vr im almost sure ive got any air locks out of the system as everything appers fine..But should the bottom hose stay cold when the cars upto temp or turn hot when the thermostat opens,sorry for being thick lol thanks in advance stu.

hi guys went sunday was bit naff,as for quite some time i was on our stand all by my lonesome!! ha..nice to speak to few of you guys,MANZI good to talk dude.it was i havin probs fittin the fogs n indicators,took them back in the end there were a rubbish fit!! Anyone else had probs with the FK stuff? Anybody make any other crystal black fogs n indicators? Overall ad gud day got some bargains(which is always gud) cheers peeps -

Hi guys was just wondering if i take my Throttle body of to clean out then do i have to replace the gaskets? Are they a normal gasket or a metal one? Thanks in advance

Hi vr6 power i had to put my cat back on in dec for mot and just got round to refitting my decat..do it for the the noise alone mate its well worth it! mine also pulls harder through the gears.hope this helps

Hi boys anybody know a good tyre place in birmingham/solihull area that deals with streched tyres mite need to have one repaired or at worst a new one :-(

Thanks for comments boys, as for wheels there ASA ar1's with polished lip. And i love my plate think its sets the car off! JK bet your vr hard to keep clean in this cack weather were havin aye mate! Do you put anythin on your rims to protect them?

Hi cam thanks mate not sure how much,there's fk highsport coilovers on it,think they go 80mm-100mm so maybe somewhere round that.

Hi gus jst got my car back from mot work that needed doin (main brake lines corroded and no cat) not bad for an old p reg i think lol..Anyway they have put my cat back on and il be honest i cant tell any differance what so ever :-| except theres a rattle commin from a heat shield, should i take it back or is it gunna be sumthin simple? thanks in advance guys
