    Where is the best place to get paint for my Mulberry Highline? Is that the official name and do they (VW) still supply it? Just want a small can for touch ups.

    If I lower my VR, either by suspension kit (say 40mm) or by coilovers do you have to do anything with the ABS. I know on some cars that because the cars senses that lower height it thinks there is more weight on board and so brakes harder, sometime locking up?

    Sold the mk1, but not going to be missing it, I have so fallen for my VR, what a great sound!!!!

    Pick it up tomorrow, can't wait! have someone coming to look at my mk1 16v in the arvo, and will miss it. Oh well lift goes on, and i'll have a nice VR to help sooth the pain.

    Bought it! for just over £2k and it is fairly clean, bit of rust on rear arch, leather is mint, original car, Ac works, ABS lights as it should, all electrics work, as do heated seats, two new tyres on front. Pick it up saturday

    Am thinking of going to look at a highline tomorrow, how much should I pay? Its a 3dr 97 P in Mulberry with 130k, but with history/years MOT, twin headlights apart from that standard. Looks quite clean. How much would you go to?
