i took my distributor out today to have a look at the hall sensor. how do you get into the dizzy to get to the hall sensor?
-
had a play today took out speed sensor and gave it a clean it was no different then i unplugged it and the car would not start so to me this shows that it is working? also noticed car will hit a limiter at 5000rpm is this related? and where is the hall sensor?

hello i am new here ,and to the vr6, and it looks a good site. anyway to the problem ,i have a 1993 vr6 and it seems too slow. It accelerates ok and evenly but there seems to be no performance, no head snapping back type thing. I had the car on a scanner and it come back with 3 codes they are 00525 oxygen sensor-g39 no signal occurs intermittantly 00561 mixture adjustment adaptation limit (add) exceeded occurs intermittantly 00513 engine speed sensor-g28 no signal so my question is would any of these make my car run poorly and what do they mean? thanks
