    My radiator fans suddenly started to come on as soon as the ignition switch is on,even when the engine is cold. By cold I mean -15 C. I know. They also sound like they are running very fast, I can hear them when I am driving around town. Any ideas? Could this be a short? Anyone else had this happen to them? 1993 passat VR6 ?!
