Hi, I have just bought a R(97) Mk3 VR6 a couple of days ago. I am loving the car, but the suspension is feeling a bit tired. The ride is fairly stiff over bumps but it has a fair omount of roll and bounce! One of the previous owners has lowered it (i think only on springs), and the owner before me had a set of 17s on it. Would this have hammered the Shock absorbers? There is a fair bit of squeaking from the rear suspension when I go over big bumps! Does anyone have any reccomendations about what suspension I should fit for a low (but not slammed) and firm (but not solid) ride! Cheers pud.
