I know the sound you are talking about and it is quite common on most cars. Its caused when the piston in the shock returns to its starting position after being compressed when you go over the bump. If the the car is still boucing half a mile after going over the hump then maybe its time to change them The standard suspension on VRs is known to be a bit floaty. Check for leaks on or around the suspension legs and also the bottom of the springs.Kevin Link to post Share on other sites
