Matt W 4 Posted December 29, 2005 Report Share Posted December 29, 2005 a) Not 100% sure to how check but from your description it sounds like the rear axle bushes. Fitting new OEM VAG ones is difficult requires a special VAG tool to fit the new ones. However if you fit the Powerflex alternative ones then they are suppposed to be do-able. If you get Powerflex make sure you get the right ones as they do two different ones for the Golf 3, one for the 4-lug wheels and one for the 5-lug wheels. Link to post Share on other sites
