Sounds like you've got Diff whine.......that's not good!

Does the car run hot? Are you finding oil residue in the water expansion tank at all? Both signs of a failing head gasket.

to tell u the truth, i have seen white residue like creamy stuff in the coolant (in the round holder) dont knw if u call that the expansion tank.

I've had problem with the coolant also, been losing coolant very slowly, its visible slowly on the pipes, whitey when dried..

don't know,. need help lol big timee

I'm not sure what creamy stuff in the coolant means but generally in the case of a head gasket leak I would look for creamy residue in the oil - for example on the bottom of the oil filler cap, and check to see if the coolant feels oily and smells of oil (remembering to let the car cool down thoroughly first though ;-)).

I would pressure test each of the cylinders as well. A pressure tester screws into the spark plug holes and then you turn over the engine - the tool shouldn't be to expensive from somewhere like machine mart. This should be a relatively reliable way of detecting a head gasket leak. I only suggest this step as the stealership tried to get me for a (unneccesary) head gasket change when I first bought my car in order to fix a misfire.

Hope this doesn't work out expensive
