mattverth 0 Posted June 30, 2005 Report Share Posted June 30, 2005 I bought the vr6 in october last year and when i test drove it they guy was totally honest and said, yeah, the clutch release bearing (or something similar) is a bit noisy, but then they all are arent they? i was too busy looking forward to driving like a nutter, and it really was very quiet. however, 6 months into ownership stuff like this spoils the fun and i want to get it sorted. especially noisy when just started. really noticeable if you give the throttle a quick stab. its not the chains is it?
