Hi All,

First Post!

I am looking to fit new wheels on my pride and joy '98 vr6 - last one sold in Australia allegedly with 67,000 kms (40k miles !)

I have narrowed the choice down to BBS Challenge or OZ Superturismo GT

The BBS are by far the more expensive, but better looking. The problem is that the 17 x 7.5s (available in Germany and USA, smallest advertised in UK are 8.5s) are only available as pcd 5x112. The 8.0s are available as 5x100 which obviously begs the question, will they rub, foul, gind clonk or otherwiwse be too much trouble under ANY driving conditions? I should point out I have the car lowered on HR Coilovers. I am prepared to raise the car a little more (I already did once when buyinG it off the previous owner) in order to get wheels under there.

I want the car to look as good as possible but want to get a good vanity/practicality balance! If it is all too hard and requires pulling arches/different hubs/only ever driving on flat roads in a straight line at 5mph, then I will ditch the BBS and get the alternative.

If anyone has any pics of either of these options or some hard eveidence that the wheels are not going to cause headaches, then let me know. I'll be very grateful!

Cheers
