Priced from £18,360, the 1.4-liter petrol Civic Sport joins the existing 118 hp diesel 1.6-liter and 140 hp 1.8-liter petrol already available on Sport models. It develops 98 hp and 127 Nm (93.6 lb-ft) of torque and will be available exclusively with a manual transmission. The unit emits just over 130g/km of CO2 and can manage 51.4mpg combined. The car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 13 seconds before reaching a top speed of 187 km/h (116mph). On the outside, the Civic Sport gets lower grille mesh from the Civic Type R, a colour coded rear spoiler, black roof lining and darkened 17-inch alloy wheels.
