bigsteve 0 Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 Hiya guys abit of help please, when running back and forth to work my rad fan is kicking in on short trips, it has new coolant and water, as i thought that have had something to do with it but seems i was wrong. any ideas am thinking it could be the sensor but thought i would ask, hope you can help,, Link to post Share on other sites
VeeRsix 0 Posted June 10, 2012 Report Share Posted June 10, 2012 Lo M8Sounds like the sensors kicking in to early , if you have a Multimeter with a continuity setting then pull the sensor and test it in boiling water (obvious safety measures apply) it should open just before boiling and any premature switching is evident of a duff sensor.Stephen Link to post Share on other sites
