michael5556 247
Here is a question for all you vrt people. What wideband lambda sensor are you guys running. Buying one this week and unsure what to go for. What are your experiences with them?http://www.innovatetuning.co.uk/product_info.php?prod=INN-0108This one seems pretty good and only £162The stack one is around £230.http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Performance/Engine_Tuning_Parts_Accessories/Engine_Management_Tuning/Stack_Wideband_Lambda_Gauge/767/6197There is also an aem one for around £155.http://www.efi-parts.co.uk/index.php?productID=204But I feel this is getting older now and the lambda sensor is a 4.2 whereas the innovate one is the new 5.0 version and fully digital. So unsure!
russj249 2
I have the Innovate LC-1 with the G2 digital gauge. Matches the boost gauge I have but also don't have the flashing lights which personally I don't like.Gauge is very accurate and stepper motor reacts quickly. Fairly easy to install, but probably no harder than any others. Not sure about the others, but Innovate is plug and play with their other stuff such as data loggers etc, even though I won't be using this feature, its nice to be able should I ever want to in the future.Overall I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone for most applications
michael5556 247
Yeah I was looking at that one too but thought their new one must be better or they wouldn't bring it out. 100% digital and very fast apparently. And it's about £10 cheaper. Think they might be winning.
russj249 2
Well I suppose that the electronic one is faster, after all a screen can change instantly, where a gauge does take time to move, not a lot of time, but more than a screen and led's. After all, the gauge can only display what the controller tells it to display. So more down to preferance rather than anything for normal usage.
michael5556 247
Yeah. The LC-1 is supposed to be very good though so don't know. Tough one.
