84vr6 0 Posted August 16, 2011 Report Share Posted August 16, 2011 hi iv recently put some new alloys and tyres on my car they are 17" with 205 width tyres iv had the alignment done and found that the car does not seem to be sticking to the road as it did with the standard vr alloys.can anyone please advise me on thisthanks Link to post Share on other sites

turbo87 0 Posted August 16, 2011 Report Share Posted August 16, 2011 Tramline? Have you raised or lowered the car in order to fit these wheels? If you have raised it and upgraded to a larger size wheel you have raised the centre of gravity. This will give you your feeling of not being as "sticky"If it feels like the cars on ice and you have to fight for what direction its in then this would be down to your alignment not set up correctly.
