mawrick 0
Anyone have any idea what might cause the engine temp gauge to rise to roughly 70C's when putting on the ignition (1995 Corrado VR6).The cluster is ok - as it's been tested in a Passat VR6, and if I hook up the cluster from the Passat in the Corrado the same thing happens, so it have to be something with the wiring. The temp sensors have also been replaced. If I remember correctly I measured different voltage on the yellow plug that plugs into the sensor on the Corrado then I did on the Passat - I *think* it was about 6V on the Corrado and abouit 12V on the Passat. (can't remember the pin number - but the other pins where the same).to me it kinda seem that something is "draining" the signal causing it to get to little voltage to the sender - any ideas tips on what might cause this would be appreciated Thanks
