Ive had a problem with my engine over the past 2 years...getting worse

Misfire when in low revs..drives ok over 2.5k

Found the 3rd clyinder front right wasnt ignighting and had oil inside..i hve to reve the engine and heat it up to clear the problem

Storm Development have been trying to fix it on and off..so far ive had:

new High power leads

replaced spark plugs

new coil pack

replaced fuel pressure valve

cleaned and replaced throttle body

and a new Lamda sensor

They all seem to work for a while but the problem never goes away..just gets worse.

I spoke to an engine recon company who said they would pick my car up..rebuild it and reoad test it..then return it with a 5 year warranty...for £1430+vat

Does anyone know if this is company Reconditioned - Engines .co.uk are any good?

Have you considered doing it yourself and getting a rebore and head work done?
