VDubj 0 Posted March 26, 2011 Report Share Posted March 26, 2011 Hi ive just raised my suspension by 15mm by adjusting the springs up.after driving away ive noticed the springs are making some weird noises like there creaking or twisting?? it sounds like a meatallic kind of sound from the suspension.Anyone know what or why its now doing this???? as it was fine before i raised it.Should i have adjusted anything else along with the springs??thanks Link to post Share on other sites
VR6Gill 1 Posted March 27, 2011 Report Share Posted March 27, 2011 I had this problem with springs before I put on the coilies.You might find that the spring has some how gone over the retaining plate at the top of the suspension arm and is rubbing in the recess where the suspension arm sits.Worth having a look.
