It could be you're top mount bearing or ball joints on the hub, or any or the bushes tbh. You're best bet it to jack you're car up, get a pry bar and go over all of the bushes and joints to see what has a lot of movement.

Ok, I get you now. like I said jack it up to get that wheel of the ground and see how much movement is there, You may need to take the wheel off for a better view and easyer access.

I do not think that they are a serviceable part so new ones will be in order at around £40
