Basicly i bought this mk2 vr6 recently bodywork is very shabby someones used halfords spray cans over some of the panels, underneath the car is clean no rust. i went to this guy and asked him how much it would cost to respray my car he said £1200 this includes removing all the rubbers removing windows door trims and any other bits covering up the body also he would take any dents out and any rust would be treated...is this worth 1200??

thats quite a good price for all that, you should ask to look at any previous customers cars they have done

i have and i have seen his work its actually quite good but i jus wasnt sure if the price was right but now you have confirmed i may consider... i have been thinking about wrapping the car in matt white. whats your views on wrapping?

ive never seen it up close but ive read the jobs only as good as the person doing it?

Wrapping never gives a finish like paint and it would cost close to £1000 to wrap a car. £1200 sounds a little bit cheap but if you've seen the standard and it is good it's a bargain.
