Breather pressure

Hi folks, wondered if anyone has an ideas for the issue I am having. Basically from startup hot or cold I have a lot of pressure coming out of the rocker cover breather pipe. On idle or under load it doesn't increase or decrease much at all.

It a 12 vr6 turbo, bottom end only done 40k just had head gasket done and head skimmed as I thought this may be the cause, usses a 2.5mm spacer and steel vw gasket, car runs well, slightly ritch but thats all.

Any ideas would be a great help as driving 700 miles to and from e38 next week and would prefer if I could sort it out.
