davee 0 Posted April 3, 2010 Report Share Posted April 3, 2010 ive had a knocking noise for a while now on the front lower only hear it sometimes when your turning left or right just went out there and the car shuddered on take off and then in second gear aswell and then it was fine again but if i put my foot on the clutch it revs fine no hesitation at all could this be a cv problem inner or outer of is it time to change the clutchDave Link to post Share on other sites

davee 0 Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 its well serviced you only really hear the knocking on full lock i dont think it has anything to do with that shudder i got though. i did power wash the engine bay dohand then it wouldnt start and when it did i could see a spark on the bottom of the coil pack so thats temperlary taped up till i get one so id say it had more to do with that than anything Link to post Share on other sites
