theblueflash 0 Posted February 27, 2010 Report Share Posted February 27, 2010 hi. i think that the sunroof controls have been out a few times in my car as the roof lining isnt as stiff as it once was. to the point where pushing the sunroof button lightly depresses the whole area! the card type material which is under the lining has split/crumbled. any ideas on how i can stiffen it up without replacing the lining?cheers Link to post Share on other sites

Rustyman 0 Posted February 27, 2010 Report Share Posted February 27, 2010 No worries.. just make sure you don't over stiffen it as it does need some flexibility ... 2 layer of fibre glass then i put a piece of the headliner material over the top to give it some flexibility and to stop it cracking and flaking..Drink is good...
