Mul6 0
Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and have a question about the climatronic system in my car, I have recentley purchased a 96 vw golf highline and the climatronic system does not work at all, or the blowers, can some one tell me which fuse/ relay it's powered a simple one realy, I had it out of the dash and tryed the connections and they all look fine, next step was going to check the fuse but not sure which one it is and where it is, I no the fuse board is under the steering wheel, is it here? Thanks in advanceRichard
Matt W 4
Check all the fuses under the dashboard (under the steering wheel as you said). If that brings you no joy then the only way to find out whats up is to get it on VAG-COM (3rd party diagnostic software specific to VAG) or maybe your local VAG dealer will read and clear the codes for you. Then check and see which codes come back you can then proceed from there with the codes that come back. Don't let VW do it, they'll charge you an arm and a leg to take it apart let alone fix it...
