want to get some for my vr i think its a 6 line kit..supposedly theres 2 different ype of fitments banjo and something else??? thats what venom said who sells black diamond stuff, does goodridge also have 2 different fitments is there anyway of working out without getting the car on the ramps..i have 288mm calipers if that helps...also where can i get a decent priced kit from...cheers guys

I ain't got a clue about the name, but you've got LATE VR6 brakes being 288's rather than the early 280's which are just a screw in union thing...

I think that leaves Banjo being your fitment...

Its a round thing.. (lol, my lack of technical terminology is showing!)

Someone here will tell you straight, but the kit SHOULD be listed as 'LATE VR6'...

I originally bought the LATE VR6 kit and these had weird round 'banjo' things at the end which attached to the caliper..

I had to go back and get the early normal ones..

German and Swedish I found to be the cheapest place...

Actually, if you look in this months PVW on page 21, you'll see there is a little advert, they are offering 20% discount on goodridge hoses for a limited period.. Says call Goodridge on 01392369090

problem..the guys are saying that theres so many different fittings and if i order the wrong 1s they wont refund me thts nice of them..CAN ANYBODY HELP MY CAR IS ACTUALLY A 1992 J REG BUT HAS 288MM FRONT DISCS AND CALIPERS PROBALY BEEN UPGRADED, WHEN I ORDER DO I JUST BUY THE KIT FOR 95 ONWARDS VR6's WHICH ALREADY COME WITH 288MM OR DO I GO FOR PRE-95 280MM I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THE HOSES ARE SAME NO,the guy was saying it depends if your brake lines were changed i replied i dont think they change brakelines when upgrading from 280to288 CAN ANY1 POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
