celicatintin 0 Posted April 8, 2009 Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 Hi can anyone help? I have removed all the dash etc from my mk3 vr but the heaterbox seems to be stuck still. There must be some bolts that hold it in to the bulkhead? I have looked on the forums but cant see anything please help cheers steve Link to post Share on other sites
celicatintin 0 Posted April 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 Hi to ecveryone i just found the culprits. 3 nuts inside the engine bay!! 1 just behind the expansion tank and 2 behiond the heat shield on the bulkhead. If you do take a dash out its not hard just methodically remove everything step by step. Oh and there are flaps in the heat shield to access the bolts dont bend the shield back. Now i know how to make the vr quicker. Strip the dash!!!!!! Link to post Share on other sites
