twoscoops 0 Posted April 1, 2009 Report Share Posted April 1, 2009 The cover for my fuel doesnt sit flush with the bodywork anymore. I presume it has lost a stopper that it should rest on. Consequently it sits in rather than flush. When you lock the car and the pin goes into to stop it being opened, it forces it back into flush position. Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? It looks rubbish so any thoughts would be very welcome.Cheers Link to post Share on other sites

legvw 0 Posted April 8, 2009 Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 jus had a look, as you open the flap, on the left on the car were the locking pin comes out, there should be a bit of plastic that the tab on the flap rests against when its shut. if its missing it will sit in too much. if you need it give me a shout an i'l post you 1 fella.
