VR6 Torque settings?

After buying a VR6 engine to fit into my Golf and finding the head was damaged beyond repair, I have finally got to the point where my replacement head is ready to stick back on the block!

I have rebuilt the head and all is happy but I have a few toque settings I need to trace in order to stick it all back together and i was wondering if anyone can answer the torque settings of the following:

Camshaft caps

Camshaft timing pulley bolt

Timing chain guide bolts

Mid timing chain pulley bolt - The one you have to take off to release the chains.

Flywheel

Gearbox

Timing chain cover

Head bolt tightening sequence including angle tightening

Cam cover

Manifolds

I have basically stripped the head and changing the timing belts and guides etc and at the same time the clutch so if anyone knows any of the above I would be gratefull for any help.

Oh I'll post some pics of a badly eroded VR head, its erroded on cylinder 2 from the water way all the way to the firing ring and is 4mm deep in some places! luckily ebay is there so I cound a replacement fairly swiftly :-)
