rodney 17
Well I figure I am man enough to share my special moment today....As you all may have noticed there was some snow overnight. I woke up this morning to just a couple of inches of new snow at best and it had started to rain. So as you do you start at the top of the car and start wiping the snow off the top of the car. No real issues today as it was not frozen to the car so comes straight off and as normal onto your feet. No problems so far...Getting a bit sick by now of the wet feet I think as it is not frozen I could use the windscreen wipers to do the screen and it will all just fall on the ground next to the car. Sweet! So i open the door flick the switch and whompfff half a screen of wet snow in the footwell.Smart that!!!! :$
xyber 1
Haha, I did that Monday, then once in the car I wound the window down to clear it of snow, but the snow didnt move, it just collapsed inwards onto my lap

russj249 2
do i class as a numpty too??at the moment, the vr6 won't be on the road until next Thursday for insurance crap reasons. It's been sitting on the drive since before Christmas and the battery's gone flat with the immobilisers and remote central locking system I've put in. So being such a genius I thought I'd charge it up and put a solar panel trickle charger in my window. Went to start it yesterday and the battery was flat.I pondered around wondering if I'd left the boot open or door or radio on to draw so much extra power even with charger on.I never though that sun can't get through 3 inch of snow onto my dash even on the brightest of days!
