t111bul 0 Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 Hi Guys,My mk2 vr6 conversion will start just fine and run perfect for about 10-15 seconds the cut out, then when i try to start it again it struggles on turn over then starts and stops straight away. Then you leave the car for 5 mins and it will do the same again just run for 10-15 seconds. It's like it's not getting enough fuel! The engine is an OBD1 so it shouldn't be an imobiliser as it doesn't have one, could it be a fuel pump relay? I really need some help as it getting to be a pain in the a**e now, i just want to drive it!!!Tim Link to post Share on other sites

I sat next to the fuse box while the car was running and when it cut out one of the relays clicked. so i changed the ecu relay and it runs. It must of been getting hot and switching off!
