p3cca 0 Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 Hi all.As the name suggests I belive my 4 speed auto box has gone pear shaped!Basically last night when I was driving out of camp I put her into neutral thinking it was drive and tried pulling off. I then realised my mistake and then put her in drive but nothing. I then turned off the engine and restarted her. 200meters later there was a sort of grinding and judder noise and it wouldnt go above 5mph (approx)I then limped her back and parked her up. Any ideas from any one would be gratefully received in advance as Im now stuck on bloody camp (ALdershot) unable to get home for Xmas and the New Year!!!Im also doubly gutted as she flew through her MOT and I have just spent hundreds on her getting the sills professionallly rebuilt and obviously the MOT, coilovers air intake and full exhaust system!Thanks againP3CCA Link to post Share on other sites
