tompo1979 0 Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 Hi i did a coolant change yesterday on my 97 vr im almost sure ive got any air locks out of the system as everything appers fine..But should the bottom hose stay cold when the cars upto temp or turn hot when the thermostat opens,sorry for being thick lol thanks in advance stu. xyber 1 Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 yeah, mine had an airlock that just didnt want to budge for some reason, I wacked it with a broom handle when I got annyoyed and it cleared hahaJust make sure the heater is on full speed and heat and blowing up the screen and once the stat opens itll normally release Link to post Share on other sites
