wheel fitment help

Well Lads need some help with wheel fitment. I'm getting a set of alloys customed made but they want to know what fitment and my brake setup. It's going onto a 2002 golf V6 4 motion. I'm going for 18X8 on the front and 18X9.5 on the rear or would 18X10 be too big i don't want them sticking out too far be would like a big dish also i have a set of 996 porsche calipers on the front what ET will i need to clear these, i would like the rim of the front wheel to be flush with wing of the car any help would be great thanks
