paj 0 Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 can any one tell me if there is a way of adjusting a second hand set of clocks?, my dash has stopped working so i have bought some from a scrap yard, my old milage was 140,000 ish but the new clocks say 90, ooo ish, as i have a good service history with the car i was hoping it might be posible, please let me know Link to post Share on other sites
andygti39 0 Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 as far as i'm aware you can clock them forward but not backwards so you should be ok. my dad wanted to change the clocks in his mk3 and the ones he got had 112k on ( his car had done 52k ) the maindealers said they cant clock backwards but they can do it forwards Link to post Share on other sites
