160vr6 0 Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 Wanted to replace the cam chain/ timing chain on my new engine before i put it in the car as i have bought it seperate. Would you advise i replace both chains or just the shorter/lower cam chain? And which tentioner or both should i replace?This is all due to the lower cam chain going on the previous engine and it would break my heart if it had to happen again!
