amazak 3
80 Miles for £20, that in my opinion is good, I get around 120 miles on a full tank, but I mainly drive it approx 7 miles a day in traffic
Phat VR6 3
Temp senser causing it to over fuel?? It will more lightly be the one that talks to your ECU not the one that works the gauge. If you disconect each it should tell you which is which, Can't remeber which colour it is.Apart for that fuel leaks?Do you drive it hard? What you said works out to about 20mpg. Mine driven hard did as low as 13mpg, 17mpg mid way and 30ish on the motorway driven well, thats going off the car computer which isn't very reliable tho.
amazak 3
So that would mean mine is seriously losing fuel???
amazak 3
which sensores need to be replaced?
Phat VR6 3
There are two sensers inside the black plactic thermatate housing, Unless you got aircon, Then theres 3. If you get it hot then disconnect them one at a time i imagine if you look at the temp gaugue it will show you which one is which. You want to change the one to the ECU, Not the one to your gauage, Sorry can't remember which colours which!!!, Does sound like your overfueling btw, works out to 15mpg. Alot of black sut in the exhaust is another sing
