tompo1979 0 Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 Hi guys need some help,got a manifold of the bay! to polish up n swap mine with.Problem is that on the right hand side of the manifold at the front there is a what looks like a small brass pipe, and its broke. xyber 1 Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 it looks to be a vacuum hose lug, if there is enough of it left to fit the hose on it with maybe some super glue and then a jubilee you may get away with it.If you got it cheap just scrap it and put it down to experience coz the effort/cost of polishing it is too much to then find its screwedor try for a refund? As said, it looks like a vacuum connector, so it's not a massive job to get an airtight seal with some sooopa glue or silicone sealant.get someone to braze weld a new bit onto the old broken stub Link to post Share on other sites
