blackberry 0
I have a wierd problme that has started this weekend. i went to start the car aftre an hour's break and it wouldn't work. When I say it wouldn't work, the lights worked, but nothing else. Turning teh key woudln't start, there were no lights in the dashboard, the cenral locking only worked on the key rather than the alarm remote. All fuses were intact. I replaced the ignition switch about wto montsh ago. Now, I popped the bonnet, turned the key in the ignition and hey presto, it worked! All fine until lunchtime today. Same problem, then I pop the bonnet andit starts again when I turn the key. What is the solution to this (apart from popping the bonnet) Could there be an alarm switch under the bonnet that isolates the ignition?Any help would be great!ThanksPaul
blackberry 0
Hijust to let you know, problem fixed. The alarm had a feed from the fusebox that was loose. This isolated the ignition power!
