mpm 0 Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 when i put the ignition on to start the car, all the warning lights come on, and then go off, except the water one, which flashes, as soon as i start the car, it stops flashing, and dissapears, any ideas??oh btw, i am also topping up my coolant bottle after about a 1000 miles, so must have a tiny tiny leak somewhere? They do stay on until you either start the car or take the key out.As for the coolant does sound as though you have a leak. I would get all the hosing replaced. Pretty cheap to do, and normally recommended on a car over 10 yrs old. 1000 miles does seem very often to be topping it up. Shouldn't have to top it up at all. Link to post Share on other sites
