Luke 0 Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 Hi guys jst a quik question about how wide you can go with wheels really! *-) Baically im looking at buying a set of borbet wheels for my ride & im looking at doing 7.5x16 front & 9x16 rears with an et35 on both. Do eny of you know if this will work on my mk3? I know their should be no problems with the fronts but im bit unsure with the 9" rears??? I am running a 215/35 tyre at ET15 on the back and it NEEDED the arches rolling at stock hight. Got some koni's on now with the arches rolled and pulled slightly (Thanks again ArchEnemy) and i still need to slam it more and i dont get any rubbing. i think we messured it and i had gained over 20mm of clearence just from rolling them. As soon as i have the new sus on and the car down nice and low i will start posting pics up. Link to post Share on other sites
