probably another stupid noob question....

ive found some rims that are 16" x 7.5" with a stud dia. of 112

will they fit straight on my VR/ need spacers ? or is the stud pattern totally wrong?

sorry for asking ive looked at the fitment guides but couldnt seem to make sense of it!

cheers anyway.

yeah thats AMG merc, ive seen them advertised but they dont list the offset.

*edit* just has an email from the guy with a full serial off the wheel that is....

c740 0119, kba 41685, 71/2 j *16 h2 e40.

is the E40 bit the offset?

cheers for the help its been real helpful so far.

Possibly is as its the only thing that looks like an offset measurement. Depending if you've had arches rolled will depend on size of adapter. Me personally would have 20 or 25mm adapters but i've had arches rolled. My Merc rims are ET36 and have ordered 20mm adapters and will be using 195/45 tyres

arches havnt been rolled. so that means theyll scrub on full lock doesnt it? surely only being 1 inch wider and an inch taller wont have much of an impact will it? im clueless to this as before ive only bought specific rims for my cars but seeing these AMG's makes me wanna try somthing new but im still a bit reluctant incase they dont fit and then ive got to shift them!

WTF just did a reply and it failed!

not its not been lowered yet but im looking to go 35/ 40mm low

the guy doesnt know the model just on his car when he got it an E220 merc so all i have to go on is that serial and the fact they do fit an E220!

u got any pics of ur merc rims?

nice 1
