Replaced head gasket and when we resett the timing didnt take into account the centre timing sprocket. When i started the car up it sounded like a loud diesel. Stripped the top end back down and set the timing how it should be. But top end of the engine sounds like a hammer and chisel. I let it tick over for an hour then took it out for a drive, its absolutely gutless and rattling and knocking. I did a compression test and all cylinders are around 140-160 psi which is consistent. this would suggest ive not bend a valve etc which i presumed may have happened.

I,m lost what to do next.
