dubbin 0
just a quik question on timing chain, tensioners and guides removal and re fitting, i have read the guide over and over and just have 2 question b4 i go and tackle it myself. to know that cylinder no.1 is at tdc, do i just make sure the little notch on the pulley lines up with the mark on the block and the timing slots are horizontal? is this all or is a little more complicated? and also when everythin is replaced and put back together, will the timing be ok if i have not move the pulleys or anything? not even a mm? or will it still be out and i will have to get the timing done again? therefore i wont be able to move it to take it to the garage to get the timing done or what? please help, i want to learn how to do this stuff myself, only one way to learn i say, which is just do it.thanks alot in advance
