Looking for a roll cage for a Mk3. Either a full cage, half cage, show cage, whatever. Thanks.

Don't have one for sale, but have a few pointers. 1: Hockey pucks. I originally had these on my setup. Buy 5 off eBay, drill out the middle to the size of the centre shaft of the mount and hoof it back on the cross member. An old school trick, but it works. 2: BFI do a good range of mount kits for reasonable money. just got a set of stage 1 mounts and have yet to try. 3: Solid mount. Along with my BFI mounts I turned up a solid metal mount on the lathe. Same idea as the hockey pucks, just solid metal. Also have yet to try this but I fear it'll be too hard

Looking for an uprated front anti roll bar for an OBD2 mk3 VR6. Already have a rear but the front is beyond repair. The rear is Eibach, but any brand will do. 07747614100 Thanks

Looking for turbo parts for a Mk3 12v. Just whatever you have. Suitable Turbos, Manifolds, short runners, piping, head spacers, injectors, etc etc. Ideally looking for a T04E 57 trim turbo, but anything similar is considered. Cash waiting. Thanks

Car bump starts and runs fine! Got a new starter, it didn't fit, one of the sharan jobs probably. Classic Ebay parts. Had the old starter refurbished, works fine now. Still no power to the starter upon the turn of the key. So back to where I started last week. Going to completely search the entire wiring loom for any faults. Has to be an earth or a short somewhere dumping current. Thanks for all the suggestions once again! -

Tried your wiring trick Jack but nothing happened. Just a blue flash from the wires. Ignition switch is brand new so shouldn't have anything wrong with it anyway. Thanks for the idea though! -

Fusebox is the 8v one with the VR6 loom plugged into it. I'll give that a go Jack, sounds kind of promising. Bridged the starter yesterday and the solenoid is screwed, so just bit the bullet and ordered a new one. It's an on going search for anything that could be wrong, but i'll give that a go and report back! Thanks! -
Hi, Struggling to get an answer for this over a few forums and Facebook pages. Basically, swapped an OBD1 mk3 8v, to a VR6. It started and ran fine for the first while. But now after about 2 weeks, bearing in mind it hasn't left the garage, it just won't start at all. It will bump start however when pushed. The problem got worse and worse, having to the hold the key on start for about 5 seconds before it would even crank. Eventually it only started with a booster pack, but now won't start at all. Tried cleaning up the earths, checking all relays and fuses, replaced the ignition switch, trie
