  1. All ecu's ending with a 256 needs to have the socket fitted. If you have a ecu ending with a 259 then you dont need the socket. United motorsports is the best F/I chip out there. Of course you can rolling road it. But only person I would trust is vince from stealth. Again do your research before purchasing your chip.

  4. Map it to the cams. What else will you do that will mess with the afr? Cams open and close the valves witch will create a fuel problem. If you add a flywheel or pulleys the ecu will adapt itself to it. Unless you port the head etc etc just get a cam tune and call it a day.
  5. Run a brake hose to through box and through the fender
  6. Remap is needed since the AFR will be different
  7. Check the coil pack plug for power, if there is power then take off the battery terms off touch them together for 20 seconds, then see if it starts. If it does not start the crank sensor is not good. Scan the ecu for codes.
