Hi Everyone. Recently bought my 2nd Golf V6 4Motion. I had a MK6 Golf GTD which I sold to free up some cash for other things and bought this in January. It's a one owner with 75k Miles on the clock and totally standard. Since I've owned it I've put new number plates on with ABT surrounds, upgraded the headlight bulbs and fixed a few interior bits which were damaged/broken.
My plan is to run it for a few more months then get another cheap run about and store this in the garage and just use in the summer months. Keep the mileage down on it and hopefully it'll be a nice example years down the line and worth a few more quid. I'll get some better photo's uploaded once I've given it a good clean and polish.

Don't look 800bhp to me not when u compare it to that insane blue s3, still quick tho

Could be but check for air leaks there's one that runs round the back that's give lambda faults as its running lean, the heater part of the lambda heats it to close the loop on the ecu quicker to get the best from the engine quicker

U'll get a lambda fault with a misfire unburnt fuel open loop circuit etc, change all the coils and check plugs would be my first port of call pal

Good price for anyone who wants to do a bit of freshening up of the head 

As above I have a set of nearly new (less than 100 miles) INA oe quality tappets were fitted then engine was stripped out

Get the middle silencer removed the exhaust is restrictive on the centre section, decent map panel filter will see it about 230 bhp ft the price difference between these and 32s performance ain't massive difference, plus 4mo look "normal" lol

Disconnect the airflow metre see if it makes a difference, check temp sensor aswell mate

Fitted theses brakes kinetic discs and brembo pads allround much better than standard but my god there noisy when braking and just driving along it like the air hitting the disc is whistling of them(if that makes any sense lol) anyone else had a similar issue??
