Well, i can now answer my own question, as i took a chance and bought a radiator fan control module, and yeepee, it fixed it. Happy now.

I'm not that great on electrics, but iv metered the 2 pin plug which plugs in to the top of the auxiliary pump and i'm getting '0.02' with the ignition on, and '0.00' with the ignition off.I guess i shoud be seeing 12v with the ignition on. Anybody point me in the right direction. The car is supposed to be going on a rolling road next Saturday, don't think i will be going if this pump is not working.

Can anybody please tell me if the radiator fan control module would also be connected to the auxiliary water pump.

Just fitted new rear calipers, and cables to the vr, my question is can i get the the metal tube that the cable goes through into the car from anywhere other than a dealer? Anyone no how much they are?

Been searching the forum, but could not find an answer, so sorry if this is a repeat. Iv got a set of Eibach anti roll bars that i had on a mk2 Golf. The rear fits no problem. My question is does the front one fit, as it looks different, and if it does fit will it be right for the different weight of car, as the mk3 is a vr6.
